▌▒ The electronic music festival Summer Set which played an important part in developing the local scene is returning in Gudauri for 3 days festival in 2019. Not too far from Tbilisi, Gudauri is Georgia's most popular ski resort with well-developed infrastructure, the greatest difference in altitude, and unlimited possibilities for freeriding.The new concept of Gudauri Summer Set 2019 is a combination of high mountains experience, experimental electronic music, live music, sport/wellness activities, culture, and workshops – all of this in a single space. The festival will last for 2 nights and 3 days. And will be held in Gudauri in summer 2019 on July 26, 27, 28.

ACRO YOGA

Acro yoga is a physical practice which combines yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. Acro yoga is arguably a bit of a misnomer as the popular movement worldwide is more commonly referred to by practitioners simply as Acro and includes all types of (mostly recreational) partner and group acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted. As such it also draws on traditions of circus arts, cheer-leading, and dance acro.

Paragliding is the recreational and competitive adventure sport of flying paragliders: lightweight, free-flying, foot-launched glider aircraft with no rigid primary structure. The pilot sits in a harness suspended below a fabric wing.

PILATES

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Joseph Pilates presents his method as the art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout when properly manifested. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.

SLACKLINE

 

 

Slacklining refers to the act of walking or balancing along a suspended length of flat webbing that is tensioned between two anchors. Essentially slacklining is like tight rope walking but on a tether/line that has a little less tension and give to it.
